"In this atmosphere of suspense and garrulous political environment the act of governance suffers. One of the oversights is the free flow of guns in the society without any legal act to check it. There are those who would say we have enough laws to check free flow of guns in this country. However, in a dynamic society laws need to be constantly updated to meet the requirements of those dynamisms. New laws that will carry the burden of societal expansion, growth and otherwise become necessary as events evolve. At the moment, there are tones and tones of guns in circulation in the country."
